This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelpay collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our payment, analytics, and operator dashboard services.

Pixelpay Inc. ("Pixelpay," "we," "us," or "our") provides cashless payment and machine analytics services for arcades and other machine-based venues. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard information when you access or use our websites, dashboards, payment flows, support channels, hardware, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly
We may collect information you provide when you contact us, request a demo, create an operator account, submit a support ticket, sign up for updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or venue name, billing contact details, and the contents of your communications.
b. Payment and transaction information
When a user completes a purchase through Pixelpay, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors. Pixelpay may receive limited transaction details such as transaction status, amount, timestamp, machine identifier, venue identifier, and partial payment metadata needed to confirm the transaction, provide reporting, and support reconciliation. Pixelpay does not store full payment card numbers.
c. Operator and account information
For operator accounts, we may collect login credentials, role-based account settings, venue information, machine inventory data, support history, pricing settings, reporting preferences, and other administrative information necessary to provide the Services.
d. Device, browser, and technical information
We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, and other diagnostic or usage data.
e. Machine and usage data
Pixelpay may collect QR scan events, credit purchases, play triggers, session timestamps, machine activity logs, usage frequency, digital ticket counts, machine status data, and related analytics data associated with venues and equipment connected to the Services.
f. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, session storage, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain sessions, measure performance, improve user experience, and understand usage trends.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- process transactions and confirm machine activations;
- generate analytics, dashboards, reports, and operational insights;
- authenticate users and secure accounts;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
- respond to inquiries, support requests, and technical issues;
- communicate product updates, service notices, and administrative messages;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- develop new products, features, and business operations.
3. How We Disclose Information
Pixelpay does not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: to vendors and contractors that provide payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, security, and infrastructure services on our behalf.
- Operators and venue owners: machine and transaction data may be made available to the operator or venue responsible for the connected machines.
- Legal and compliance purposes: when required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or legal claims.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
We use essential and functional technologies to operate the Services, including maintaining sessions, improving performance, and supporting product analytics. We may also use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how users interact with the Services.

Pixelpay may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, customer support, hosting, analytics, and operational infrastructure. 13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Pixelpay does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of this Policy, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by other appropriate means where required.
