Is the $150 activation really one-time?

Yes. The $150 fee is per machine and covers activation & licensing for that device. Once a machine is activated, you only pay the monthly software plan you choose.

Is installation included in the pricing above?

Not always. The pricing above covers activation, licensing, and software. Installation labor and any custom on-site work are scoped separately based on venue layout, machine count, and travel requirements.

Do I have to change how my machines are programmed?

No major reprogramming is required for compatible coin-op machines. Pixelpay is built to sit alongside your existing coin mechanisms and trigger plays like a normal coin drop.

What about venues that aren’t arcades?

Pixelpay is focused on arcades first, but the hardware and software are being designed to support vending, laundromats, and other machine-based venues. If you’re interested in those use cases, let us know when you reach out.
